The first level guest floor has a second kitchen, two additional bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bath, an additional living area, another covered lanai and water views.
Although a fully equipped kitchen gives guests that wish the opportunity to prepare meals, more importantly it allows visitors to enjoy early or late breakfasts and/or lunches, snacks and midnight snacks without disturbing others.
Ground Level
Ground level is comprised of covered parking for the golf cart that is included, a large storage room, an additional “tool” room, decking, and the dumbwaiter access. The boat dock with deeded deepwater boat slip and boat lift are especially convenient. For those returning from fishing or a morning at the beach, the enclosed shower, with its own hot water heater, and dressing room can be really appreciated.
