From The North:
From I-75, take Exit #191 to Englewood. Approximately 5 miles, cross U.S. 41 onto River Road. Approximately 7 miles, turn left at light onto Pine Street, CR 775. Continue south toward Placida for approximately 10 miles. Just as the road takes a turn to your left you will see the Englewood Builder's office complex on your left. Gasparvillas is located at 7025 Placida Rd., Suite B. We are located across the street from the Palm Island Ferry, Palm Island Marina and Johnny Leverock's restaurant.
From The South:
From I-75, take Exit #170 and turn left onto Hwy 17. Approximately 0.3 miles turn right at the first light onto Veterans' Parkway. After approximately 7 miles you will cross U.S. 41. Veterans Parkway turns into CR 776 when you cross U.S. 41. After traveling for about 7 miles and after crossing the bridge at El Jobean, turn left at second light onto CR 771. Continue on CR 771 for about 8 miles. You will pass Gasparilla Marina on your left. The road takes a tight turn to the right. Continue past the Boca Grande Causeway for about 3.5 miles. Just as the road takes a turn to your right you will see the Englewood Builder's office complex on your right. Gasparvillas is located at 7025 Placida Rd., Suite B.
